Brenda Fannon has over 20 years experience defining, shaping, and accelerating the development of managers and leaders. Ms. Fannon brings the ability to think strategically about learning and development, while acting tactically to implement products and services that immediately impact performance. Strategically, she builds the infrastructure to support a development culture by creating alignment between the systems, processes and structures. Tactically, she demonstrates the core skills of needs analysis, design, delivery, implementation and evaluation. In short, she acts in multiple roles - coach, consultant, team facilitator, - to drive management, leadership and organization development.
Not only does Ms. Fannon work effectively with clients around developmental challenges, but she also teaches other professionals the art and science of leadership and team development. She is an adjunct professor at Lesley University, Graduate School of Management. She teaches courses in Organization Development and Organizational Career Development Systems.
